License/Certs: Valid Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS preferred

Experience: 1+ year of nursing experience, OB/GYN experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for OB/GYN patients throughout their hospital stay
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on age-specific criteria
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Assist in mentoring and supporting non-RN staff such as LPNs and PCTs
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills

• OB/GYN experience
• Ability to adapt to flexible schedules
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
