Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care within a Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting during day shift hours
• Perform circulating and monitoring duties throughout cath lab procedures
• Precept staff as needed based on unit demand
• Float across multiple campus locations within the Des Moines area as required
• Participate in on-call rotations, including callback responsibilities as assigned
• Adhere to holiday coverage requirements, including working 1–2 of the designated summer holidays unless the unit is closed

Required Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license or Compact/Multistate license at time of submission
• Minimum 24 months of current Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL) experience
• Circulating and monitoring experience required
• Trauma Level II experience required
• BLS certification through AHA or ARC required
• ACLS certification through AHA or ARC required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (based on driver's license)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Structural heart experience highly preferred
• EP (Electrophysiology) experience highly preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Scrubbing experience preferred
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
