As a Welder and Fabricator you will prepare materials, set up welding equipment, perform welding operations, inspect completed welds, read blueprints, verify measurements, and help fabricate metal components according to engineering specifications. You will maintain welding equipment, follow quality standards, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations while producing consistent, high-quality work. The Welder and Fabricator plays an important role in manufacturing by producing quality welded assemblies that support a wide range of industrial applications. This position requires technical welding ability, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safe work practices.

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Vocational training, welding certification, or technical education is beneficial.
- 2-5+ years of welding experience preferred
- Experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Manufacturing, fabrication, or production experience preferred
- Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Set up welding equipment and adjust settings for production requirements
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
- Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication equipment
- Work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals as required
- Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and manufacturing goals
- Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, structural welding, or production environments is preferred.
- Experience using grinders, saws, cutting equipment, and metal fabrication tools is beneficial.
- Knowledge of weld inspection, blueprint interpretation, and quality control procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate craftsmanship, dependability, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Welder and Fabricator.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment.
- Ability to safely work around welding equipment, sparks, heat, and fabrication machinery while following established safety procedures.
