Legal Operations Coordinator

Providing administrative and operational support to the Legal department, the full-time Legal Operations Coordinator will manage contract administration, maintain compliance calendars, and handle records requests while working remotely within the U.S. Key responsibilities Coordinate the setup, routing, tracking, and filing of contracts and agreements Maintain the department's compliance calendar and manage multi-state regulatory obligations Handle intake and logistics for employment records requests and subpoenas, ensuring timely responses Required qualifications Experience in a legal, administrative, or operations coordination role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written communication skills and a professional approach to confidential matters Demonstrated ability to identify and drive improvements independently Proficiency with contract management platforms and project management tools
