Respect the person’s choices, lifestyle, and their dignity to take informed risks* Help implement personalized habilitation services, which are outlined in their personalized care plan* Assist in acquisition of skills, including basic activities of daily living, self-care and household management for the people we support**Requirements:*** High School diploma or equivalent* One (1) year of related experience preferred* Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds to apply for this position*At The Center for Disability Services, we don’t just accept difference – we celebrate it, support it, and thrive on it for the benefit of our employees and the people we support.
