Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on payer reimbursement processes, claims submission, coding, and coverage requirements
• Serve as reimbursement and access expert to field support team, leading compliant discussions
• Conduct field-based support and education with healthcare providers up to 50% on-site
• Collaborate with managed care, marketing, and internal departments to address access barriers
• Maintain knowledge of national, regional, and local market dynamics affecting coverage and coding

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration preferred
• Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience in account management or reimbursement
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and pharmacy/medical benefits
• Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Advanced degree (MBA or MPH) preferred
