Our Bountiful, UT store serves customers across the greater Salt Lake area and is part of a multi-location team that holds itself to a high standard on every interaction. About the Role No call goes unanswered. No message slips through the cracks. As a BDC Specialist at our Bountiful location, you are the first point of contact for customers reaching out by phone or text. You will help people navigate buying or selling an EV, answer their questions, keep deals on track, and make sure no one waits longer than they should. This is not a passive role. You own the inbox, you own the follow-up queue, and you set the tone for what the EV Auto experience feels like before anyone walks in the door. If you are organized, dependable, and genuinely enjoy helping people — this role is for you. What You Will Do Respond to customers via phone and text — quickly and helpfully, every time Maintain zero missed calls and zero missed messages Answer questions about vehicles, services, and the buying process (we will train you on the EV side) Follow up consistently to keep customers engaged and deals moving forward De-escalate issues and resolve concerns with patience and honesty Keep our CRM organized and up to date Identify what customers need and connect them with the right next step Coordinate with the Bountiful sales and service teams for a consistent customer experience Share what you hear from customers so we can improve What We Are Looking For Dependable and detail-oriented — things do not fall through the cracks with you Clear communicator: strong written and verbal skills, with good listening habits Steady and positive under pressure Prior BDC or customer-facing experience is helpful — drive and reliability matter most Comfortable picking up new software and systems Bilingual or multilingual is a strong bonus Compensation and Benefits $36,000/year + commission In-person role based in Bountiful, UT Schedule includes rotating Saturdays Paid training — no priorEV knowledge required Supportive team with a track record of promoting from within EV Auto is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
