Mortgage Loan Officer

Citizens State Bank in Hudson, WI is seeking a driven, relationship-oriented professional to join our team as a Mortgage Loan Officer. This is a full-time salaried position with the opportunity to earn additional paid commission. You will be responsible for growing our mortgage portfolio through strong community connections and exceptional client service. In this role, you’ll identify new lending opportunities, manage a pipeline of mortgage applications, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth, timely closings. Requirements

• Three to five years of similar or related experience
• Familiarity with mortgage loan products, guidelines, and documentation
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Ability to manage multiple loan files and priorities simultaneously
