Associate Strategy & Operations Analyst | Momentum The Tone: This is a full-time role at Momentum, located in Dallas, TX. Momentum serves as a global business transformation partner for over 125 Fortune 500 brands, managing $5B in media spend across its collection of independent companies. This role supports the Strategy & Operations team by driving organizational initiatives and improving processes across the portfolio. As part of the Launch Program, this position provides recent graduates with training, mentorship, and hands‑on work to accelerate professional development. Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) What You’ll Actually Do Project Coordination: Coordinate and support high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery for multiple portfolio companies. Data Analysis: Analyze datasets to create business cases and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Process Optimization: Evaluate workflow inefficiencies and develop operational frameworks to streamline internal procedures. AI & Automation: Assist in building AI-powered tools and automation workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders across the portfolio to align projects with business objectives and strategy. The Must-Haves Background: Entry-Level, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field, graduating Winter 2026 or Spring 2027. Experience: Hands‑on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to perform work and a consistent habit of using AI first, staying current with its evolution. Proven leadership experience in extracurricular activities or previous roles. Skills: Strong analytical and detail-oriented abilities to evaluate project performance and identify improvements. Curiosity about automation and AI agents, eager to identify and implement repetitive work automation. Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities for building relationships and collaborating across functions. Clear and effective communication to craft concise messages supporting decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
