Independent Living Case Manager

Snohomish County is hiring a Case Manager in Everett to coordinate long term services and supports for elderly and disabled individuals. You will conduct assessments, develop service plans and advocate for necessary resources to help clients maintain their independence. This role requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree in behavioral or health sciences along with relevant work experience.
