We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate production machinery and equipment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and monitoring equipment, inspecting products, making adjustments as needed, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up machines according to production specifications and work instructions.
• Load raw materials and components into machines.
• Monitor machine operation and make minor adjustments to maintain proper production.
• Inspect finished products for quality, dimensions, defects, and proper appearance.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment problems to maintenance or supervision.
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments as required.
• Follow work orders, production instructions, drawings, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Perform material handling, packaging, labeling, and staging of completed products.
• Keep the workstation and production area clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and attendance policies.
• Meet established production goals while maintaining product quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience working in a production or industrial environment.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.

Preferred Skills:

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Experience with CNC, stamping, molding, cutting, or other production equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality inspection procedures and measuring tools.
• Forklift or material-handling experience is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing/industrial production environment.
• Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• May require overtime based on production needs.
• Must follow all workplace safety and personal protective equipment requirements.

Schedule 1st , 2nd, 3rd shift
