Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Fund Finance Associate to join their Finance and Banking Practice Group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in fund finance and related structured finance transactions.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate financing agreements for fund-level financing arrangements.
• Represent lenders or borrowers in various finance transactions.
• Collaborate on cross-border transactions and secured financings.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in fund finance and structured finance transactions.
• Experience with fund-level financing arrangements.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Licensed and in good standing in Washington, DC, or California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Washington, DC, or California.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Familiarity with cross-border transactions and secured financings.
