Art Director – EP+Co

We're EP+Co and we build belief with brands we love. We are looking for an Art Director that can join forces with the dreamers, the doers, the future-builders. And the people who occasionally let us see their cats on Teams. (That last one's not really relevant, but you get the picture.) If unleashing the power of creativity and inspiring people to sing the praises of brands worth singing about sounds like your cup of tea, let's get it started in here.

You know what looks good and what doesn't. But more than that, you know why something looks good. You may not consider yourself a drawer, painter, or doodler – but with a little time and some Photoshop, you can make a masterpiece. So let's make some masterpieces.

Our ideal candidate knows it's much more than pushing pictures on the screen. These pictures need ideas. And we love ideas.

What We Expect:

• Create work that is visually appealing and in line with the strategy smart people came up with

• Be able to work and play nice with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Account folks, and all other coworkers

• Treat all kinds of media as your personal blank canvas

• Be hands-on and have opinions during productions, from pre to post

• Meeting the deadlines

• Mentoring young creatives and teaching them how you do stuff

Required Experience:

• Proof you've done this before, and you're good at it.

• 1 – 3 years of experience in an agency environment or something similar

• A Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience

• A portfolio

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
