Creative Strategist for a 8-figure D2C Suplement Brand (Remote, LATAM)

Our client Is a direct-to-consumer eCom startup in the dietary supplement space that was recently ranked 36th fastest growing private company in North America by Inc. Magazine. We're seeking a Creative Strategist to drive paid advertising performance through high-converting ad concepts and data-driven iterations. You'll generate fresh creative angles, script compelling ads, and work closely with our CEO, Sr. Creative Strategist, creative production team, and media buyers in a fast-paced feedback loop. This role requires a deep understanding of DTC ecommerce, consumer psychology, and what makes ads stop the scroll and drive purchases What You'll Own Research creative trends across competitors and other DTC subscription companies to guide your work Generate multiple creative angles and concepts weekly based on performance data, customer insights, and market trends Write scripts for various ad formats, including UGC, VSLs, static ads, and short-form video content Review campaign performance feedback from the media buyer and use data to inform next creative iterations Provide clear direction and feedback to the design/video team to ensure effective execution Monitor competitor ads, viral trends, and platform best practices across Meta and Instagram Work in weekly cycles with the media buyer and creative team to test, learn, and scale winning concepts Requirements Proven track record developing creative for DTC ecommerce brands in performance marketing environments Strong ability to craft hooks, angles, and messaging that convert, backed by an understanding of consumer psychology Comfortable interpreting ad performance metrics and feedback to guide creative decisions Experience conceptualizing and scripting multiple ad formats (UGC, VSLs, static, video ads) Ability to produce high-quality concepts quickly and iterate based on data Clear, proactive communicator who thrives in collaborative feedback loops Compensation and Work Details Fully remote Full-time and long-term contractor role $6k–$7k/month A real seat at the table; you'll work alongside our creative strategist and have significant input into strategy and process, not just execution Room to grow as part of a small, high-performing team #J-18808-Ljbffr Paired Inc
