This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Copywriter & Creative Strategist based in Brazil.

As a Copywriter & Creative Strategist, you will shape creative strategies that connect compelling storytelling with measurable performance. You will develop concepts and messaging designed to capture attention, engage audiences, and ultimately drive conversions. With a strong foundation in copywriting, you will work across paid advertising, landing pages, emails, and full-funnel customer journeys. You will collaborate closely with creative, paid media, and creative leadership teams to turn insights into high-performing campaigns. Data will play a central role in your work, helping you identify what resonates, understand performance, and continuously refine creative direction. This is an opportunity to combine direct-response expertise, cultural awareness, storytelling, and commercial thinking within a fast-growing DTC environment.

Accountabilities:

• Develop creative strategies for paid advertising, including creative briefs, concepts, messaging, and learnings.
• Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for landing pages, emails, and other customer-facing channels.
• Translate products and customer insights into engaging stories, hooks, and creative concepts that capture attention and drive action.
• Build and understand full conversion funnels, connecting creative messaging with each stage of the customer journey.
• Analyze advertising account performance and use performance data to identify successful creative approaches and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with creative, paid media, and creative leadership teams to develop and iterate high-performing campaigns.
• Continuously test, learn, and refine creative strategies based on audience behavior, cultural trends, and measurable results.

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments.
• Proven experience working with advertising budgets in the range of $100K–$500K per month.
• Strong copywriting background with demonstrated progression into creative strategy.
• Previous experience working with American companies or brands.
• Strong understanding of what captures attention and motivates audiences to engage with advertising.
• Ability to connect products, stories, and hooks to measurable business and revenue outcomes.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising, conversion funnels, and performance marketing principles.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret advertising performance and translate insights into creative decisions.
• Strong storytelling skills, with an ability to go beyond traditional direct-response advertising.
• Experience or familiarity with supplements and electrolytes is a plus.
