Performance Creative Strategist

Experienced performance marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Performance Creative Strategist / Graphic, Video & AI Designer, responsible for leading creative strategy for paid acquisition across multiple products, collaborating with media buyers and video editors to develop and scale winning creative concepts. Key responsibilities Building weekly creative angles for up to 4-8 products and developing 10-20+ new creative concepts/angles per week Researching competitor ads, customer psychology, and creating high-converting static and video ad briefs Working directly with media buyers to analyze performance data and iterating winning concepts into new formats and angles Required qualifications Experience in DTC supplements, health, wellness, beauty, nutra, or a similar direct-response category Proven track record of creating ads that drove paid acquisition, not just attractive content Strong understanding of Meta buying and how creative impacts scaling Experience managing a creative pod and developing creative briefs for larger productions Excellent visual design skills and a very good grasp of AI creative and research tools
