Title: Executive Assistant QuickBooks experience required Location: Downtown Birmingham (On-site) Annual Salary: $65,000 $75,000 Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership with a strong emphasis on personal financial management and accounting responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling both administrative and financial tasks with discretion.
