Position Overview
The Client Operations Coordinator assists clients with travel-related research, reservation coordination, booking requests, and ongoing communication. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and interested in developing experience within the travel industry.
Training and ongoing guidance are provided to help individuals learn reservation processes, supplier systems, client communication, and travel-industry procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with travel research, reservation requests, and booking coordination

Communicate with clients to confirm details, provide updates, and answer general questions

Research accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel options based on client needs

Maintain accurate client and reservation information

Monitor booking details, confirmations, changes, and applicable deadlines

Work with travel suppliers and reservation platforms

Follow established booking procedures and supplier requirements

Provide professional and responsive client support throughout the planning process

Continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and travel products

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment

Willingness to complete training and continue developing industry knowledge

Previous experience in travel, hospitality, reservations, customer service, or administrative support is helpful but not required

Compensation
This is an independent contractor opportunity rather than a traditional hourly or salaried employee position. Compensation is commission-based and earned from eligible completed travel bookings. Earnings vary based on booking activity and individual performance.
