We're seeking a Mechanical Superintendent in Arlington, VA to lead field operations and ensure the successful installation of HVAC and plumbing systems.

- Ensures jobsite safety by enforcing strict compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Protects project timelines through proactive scheduling and subcontractor coordination.
- Maintains high quality standards to reduce rework and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily field operations and supervise all onsite field personnel and subcontractors.
- Coordinate work activities to meet project schedules and specific productivity goals.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and VDC teams to plan execution and resolve conflicts.
- Review blueprints and technical specifications to ensure accurate system installations.
- Lead daily safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote a zero-injury culture.
- Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with local codes and project requirements.
- Oversee the delivery and staging of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Mentor field foremen and tradespeople to improve technical skills and teamwork.
- Document project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders during site meetings.
