Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to assist residents within our senior living community. This position is based on-site and involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations of residents' physical conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy aimed at improving mobility and reducing the risk of falls.
- Work collaboratively with nursing and caregiving teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document all care activities in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding therapy and wellness.
- Valid Physical Therapy license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with senior populations is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
This role is performed in a senior living community, requiring interaction with residents, families, and staff on a daily basis. A compassionate approach and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors are essential.
