Job Opportunity: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Our organization is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This position is based on-site and involves working closely with residents to implement tailored treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate treatment plans aimed at promoting residents' independence in their daily activities.
- Enhance the overall quality of life for seniors residing in independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings.
- Document residents' progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and therapy teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding treatment and care options.
- Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
This role is performed on-site, allowing for direct interaction with residents and the healthcare team.
