At the center of this effort is a greenfield ServiceNow ITSM deployment, representing one of the most ambitious implementations of the platform globally. Beyond ServiceNow, the organization is driving broader transformation spanning enterprise technology modernization, process optimization, and the responsible adoption of emerging technologies including AI and intelligent automation. The OCM Consultant will play a critical role in ensuring that people, processes, and culture evolve in step with these technology investments — driving adoption, reducing resistance, and enabling lasting behavioral change at scale.We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to support the design, implementation, and execution of change strategies across multiple enterprise technology and organizational transformation programs. This role is initially anchored in a large-scale ServiceNow ITSM deployment, with responsibilities expanding across additional transformation workstreams as the engagement evolves — including enterprise process redesign, platform consolidation, workforce enablement, and programs related to AI and intelligent automation adoption. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing change within complex, matrixed enterprise environments, communicates effectively from frontline teams to executive leadership, and thrives where change is constant and high-impact.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with program objectives and transformation goals.Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to identify affected groups, resistance, and adoption risks.Develop and manage communications plans, including drafting and distributing change-related content across multiple channels and audiences.Facilitate leadership alignment sessions, sponsor engagement, and executive briefings to build sustained change sponsorship.Create and deliver training strategies and enablement programs supporting user adoption and proficiency with new platforms and processes.Design adoption measurement frameworks including readiness assessments, surveys, feedback loops, and post-deployment reviews.Partner with program managers, technology leads, and business stakeholders to integrate change activities into overall program delivery.Identify and enable change champions and advocates across the organization.Contribute to change management for emerging AI and automation adoption programs, including workforce readiness and responsible technology communications.Manage multiple concurrent change initiatives across transformation workstreams, maintaining alignment in messaging, timing, and stakeholder experience.Provide regular status reporting on change readiness, adoption progress, risks, and issues to program leadership.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years of dedicated organizational change management experience focused on large-scale technology transformation or enterprise application deployments.Demonstrated experience in stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, communications planning, and leadership alignment.Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end change strategies within complex, matrixed organizations.Prior experience in a consulting environment and/or supporting technology-driven transformation programs.Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams on complex initiatives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, audience-appropriate messaging.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM deployments or large-scale IT Service Management transformations.Experience with greenfield platform implementations in large enterprise environments.Prosci (ADKAR), Kotter, or equivalent change management certification or methodology experience.Experience supporting change management for AI adoption, intelligent automation, or emerging technology programs.Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management concepts.Experience developing and managing change champion networks.Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, survey platforms, and video creation software.What This Role Is:A strategic and hands-on OCM role embedded within a high-profile, enterprise-scale technology transformation program.A collaborative position working alongside program leadership, technology teams, and executive sponsors.An opportunity to shape change management for emerging AI and automation programs across a global enterprise.Why Work With Us:Join one of the most significant enterprise technology transformation programs in the world, supporting one of the largest ServiceNow deployments globally.Shape change strategies for cutting-edge programs including AI adoption and intelligent automation.Work alongside a global team of consultants, engineers, and transformation leaders.Gain deep exposure to enterprise-scale organizational transformation across technology, process, and people dimensions.
