Project / Program ManagerThis role is part of a Central Services team, supporting multiple groups across a large digital engineering organization. The focus is on enabling DevOps and software engineering teams through strong process management, Agile practices, and methodology guidance rather than hands-on technical development.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate across ~100 team members spanning 5 core application teamsGuide and support teams on Agile best practicesAct as an Agile coach to improve Scrum execution and deliveryEnsure alignment of SDLC processes and DevOps integrationBuild and maintain dashboards using Azure DevOps (ADO) BoardsSupport large-scale planning initiatives, including occasional travelRequired ExperienceStrong background in process and methodologySolid understanding of: Agile and Scrum frameworksScrum ceremonies and workflowsSoftware Development Lifecycle (SDLC)DevOps concepts (no deep technical/cloud expertise required)Prior experience as a: Senior Scrum Master ORAgile Coach1–2 years of experience coaching Agile teamsTools & TechnologiesAzure DevOps Boards (ADO) Dashboard creationData visualizationLocation & Work ModelLocations: Chicago, IL or Peoria, ILHybrid work model (some in-office required)Occasional travel for planning and coordinationInterview Process2 rounds of virtual interviews (Teams)Each round includes 2–3 interviewers Kasmo Global
