Position Summary Attain Behavioral Health is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Designation. You will play a crucial role in delivering top‑notch Addiction Recovery and Mental Health services to clients in Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care to clients and their families. Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of treatment for all clients participating in outpatient services. Creating and managing program group schedules. Supporting group facilitators in creating and following group curriculums and presenting case conceptualizations to staff. Supervise and direct all treatment staff in daily implementation of outpatient programs. Supervise all clinical interns according to university and facility guidelines. Supervise and sign off on all non‑licensed clinical staff. Ensure all staff remain within their scope of practice and redirect as needed. Run and direct all clinical team meetings. Review each supervisee’s job performance at 90 days and annually. Initiate staff corrective actions and document as needed. Responsible for training or identifying trainings for all clinical staff. Participate in the Quality Assurance Committee; perform monthly chart audits per QA/QI plan. Analyze QA data prior to meetings; prepare monthly clinical care checklists; assist in collecting client surveys. Take crisis intervention actions per facility policies and procedures. Act as a facility representative or liaison with other agencies. Participate in all outpatient and sober living program meetings, including staffing and supervision. Ensure completion of all required reporting. Coordinate client treatment with other facility programs and staff. Review treatment group curriculum periodically. Recommend program design, development, and implementation improvements to owners. Perform chart audits and file reviews weekly, initiating corrective action as needed. Report any unusual incidents or behaviors to owners. Follow up on incident reports within 24 hours. Review client admissions and discharges for compliance with policies. Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision, and goals. Serve as a primary therapist for clients as needed. Perform all other duties as assigned. Education and Licensure Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, counseling, or an equivalent social services field. Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Designation (LPCC‑S) licensed in Ohio. Peer Recovery Supporter Supervisor (PRSS) credential. Minimum 1‑2 years’ experience working in social services (e.g., substance abuse, residential treatment). Regular attendance at professional education classes or workshops to update skills.
