Lead clinical quality and team development across multiple locations Primary focus will be on clinical leadership, supervision, accountability, documentation oversight, parent communication, and strengthening the ABA team with direct clinical involvement as needed Join a growing multidisciplinary organization providing ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services Core Duties Provide clinical leadership and oversight to BCBAs and RBTs Support clinician development through coaching and mentorship Ensure consistency in clinical standards and documentation Conduct performance evaluations and accountability conversations Monitor clinical quality and team performance metrics Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives Partner with leadership on operational and strategic priorities Assist with parent concerns and clinical escalations Requirements BCBA certification required Ohio COBA licensure required Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field 3+ years of BCBA experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills About Peak Potential Therapy Peak Potential Therapy provides ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services to children and families throughout Northeast Ohio.
