What You’ll Be Doing:

Generate and close new membership sales through tours, outreach, and follow-up

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current members

Engage in community outreach, in-club events, and promotional efforts

Support new member onboarding and guide them through their first 30–60 days

Collaborate with your team to hit club and personal performance goals

Represent Genesis with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm

Who We’re Looking For:

Confident, self-motivated individuals with a strong desire to succeed

Sales experience preferred, but a go-getter attitude is a must

Strong communicator who’s comfortable face-to-face, on the phone, and online

Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others improve their lifestyle

Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
