Sales Consultant, (Evansville, IN) Foot & Ankle - Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Consultant for Foot & Ankle orthopaedic products in the Evansville, Indiana territory. The role involves building clinical relationships with surgeons, managing product expertise, achieving sales targets, and providing operative support within an assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in foot and ankle product portfolio and present solutions to surgeons and healthcare facilities
• Build new business while supporting existing customers; achieve assigned sales quotas and business plan objectives
• Establish clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and hospital staff through education and case support
• Provide operative support during surgical cases and maintain ongoing contact with prospects and converted accounts
• Manage inventory, promotional materials, and timely product delivery to surgical sites; ensure accurate invoicing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years experience, or Associate's degree/CST plus 6+ years orthopaedic experience
• Minimum 3 years selling, account management, or related sales experience
• Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
• Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel and relocate as needed
• Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills in hospital settings
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship building and independent work capabilities
• High attention to detail and internal/external customer focus
