Training Coordinator - Specimen Processing

Labcorp seeks a Training Coordinator for its specimen processing facility in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The role involves onboarding new staff, delivering ongoing training on policies and systems, and supporting departmental operations on an evening shift with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and initial training for new employees
• Deliver group and individualized training on policies, procedures, and lab information systems
• Develop, implement, and update training materials and programs
• Maintain training logs and serve as compliance resource for staff
• Support operational needs during high-volume periods and assist with department supervision

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision
