Accounting Solutions is currently seeking a Full Time Tax Preparer to join our Chicago-based accounting firm.

Responsibilities Include:

Personal IncomeTax Return Completion
Basic Bookkeeping experience
Work on data entry for several small to medium-sized businesses

Skills Required:

The ability to categorize, organized client data
The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with co-workers and other professionals
The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
Attention to detail and thoroughness
A strong commitment to the profession

Job Requirements:

3 years 1040 tax preparation experience
Corporate tax prep experience a plus ( forms 1120, 1120S and 1065)
Basic bookkeeping skills
Basic understanding of Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statements and Bank Reconciliations
Knowledge of Proseries Tax Software is a Plus

The Hourly rate is between $20 - $35 per hour plus bonus and includes Medical Benefits and Retirement package
