Associate Lease Specialist - ICF

Responsibilities Create client folders with company nomenclature Customer setup in systems Audit of signed commitment letters and ancillary documents, ensuring compliance with business operation policies Prepare an internal memo for each lease schedule, documenting credit requirements and required follow-up items Update internal logs regularly to keep track of volume and deal flow timelines Purchase Order placement with vendor partners Prepare UCC filings Obtain and maintain active insurance certificates Initiate check requests where applicable and engage with Accounts Payable ensuring payment disbursement Have a basic understanding of Insight’s system applications Assist the Lease Specialist with schedule documentation Assist the Lease Specialist with vendor onboarding including ACH detail Work on special projects as directed Miscellaneous duties to include: filing, promptly returning phone calls and emails, reconciliations Qualifications / Education Moderate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel Knowledge of Lease Wave, Share Point, and SSRS Reports is a plus Minimum High School Graduate or Equivalent Skills Strong attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide superior customer service and maintain cooperative working relationships Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously or with a team Ability to exercise strict confidentiality Insight Capital Solutions is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, status as a Veteran or other protected classification.
