We are currently looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Mount Olive Center in Mount Olive, NC. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience as a provider.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $109,300 to $127,580, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

Additionally, we are excited to offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000!

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. The Advanced Practice Provider will also work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

In this position, the Advanced Practice Provider will deliver primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working alongside other medical professionals. The goal is to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. They should also be certified as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where permitted, the candidate must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Some benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.

Salary Range: $109,300.00 - $127,580.00 per year. Bonus: $5,000.00
