Clinical Education Lead II Nursing Onboarding & Skills

Christus Health

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Clinical Educator II to lead education for nursing staff across units in Longview, TX. The role will design and implement training using simulation, eLearning, and competency assessments to improve clinical practice and regulatory compliance.

The candidate should hold a BSN with active RN licensure in Texas, and have at least two years of clinical experience with a background in education or staff development.
