Job Title

Registered Nurse – ICU (Travel Contract)

Location

Hot Springs, AR | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | 13 Weeks | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an 8-bed Intensive Care Unit serving adult patients (18 years and older)
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Operate and manage equipment including IV pumps and ventilators
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EHR system
• Respond to call requirements as needed and float to other units per facility policy
• Work weekend hours as needed in alignment with unit scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (must meet state requirements)
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a critical care setting with complex, high-acuity patient populations
• Familiarity with Meditech EHR platform
• Experience with ventilator management and advanced IV therapy
