Employment Type: Temporary, ~ 6 months FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
Job Summary: As part of the Global Real Estate & Workplace Services (GREWS) team, the Workplace Services Concierge delivers exceptional hospitality and customer service, ensuring every in-office experience is functional, productive, and memorable.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls, greeting guests, notifying employees of arrivals, and routing calls appropriately
- Support workplace events, meetings, and employee activities including room setup, catering coordination, and post-event reset
- Assist with new hire onboarding including workspace preparation, access credentials, and site orientation
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and uphold security procedures in partnership with Global Physical Security
- Manage office supplies, mail, and courier services (FedEx, UPS, etc.), maintaining accurate inventory
- Respond to workplace inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
- Assist with general office administration including vendor setup, purchase orders, and invoice processing
- Serve as the local expert for nearby hotels, restaurants, and area recommendations
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in office services, concierge, reception, or hospitality
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all levels of staff
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Flexibility to take on tasks outside standard scope as needed
