Community Concierge

Position DescriptionCommunity Concierge team members serve as the face of the Y and support a best-in-class experience for our customers. You will actively interact and engage with community members, provide solutions and offerings, and support them in discovering opportunities at the YMCA.Essential Job Requirements & Duties:Greet community members and guests and make them feel welcome and engagedAnswer phone and email inquiriesActively manage customer transactionsSupport facility operations by partnering with local Community Hub leadership to ensure community spaces are clean at all timesAnticipate individuals needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional customer experienceMaintain inventory of supplies and order new stock, as neededOther duties as assignedChild Abuse PreventionSupports the YMCA's commitment to child abuse prevention by:Reporting any items that may provide a health or safety hazard to staff, members or guests to your supervisorFollowing all policies and procedures related to keeping children safe in our facilities and programs, including those related to the monitoring and supervision of childrenReporting any suspicious behavior and violation of policy and procedures to your supervisorCompleting all child abuse prevention training as requiredCommitment to InclusionSupports the YMCA's commitment to inclusion of all members as required by Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
