Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store (SiS) Mobile Associates are integral members of the Retail Team, bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy, excitement, and connections with customers, leveraging technology innovations and a deep understanding of consumer needs. Job Responsibilities Engage positively with a broad range of customers in a high‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase the value of T‑Mobile solutions. Utilize digital self‑serve tools throughout the onboarding process, recommending wireless and onboarding solutions that help customers self‑serve via the T‑Mobile app. Complete in‑store experience training, mastering new skills, products and processes, and maintain customer‑ready knowledge of current promotions and hub updates. Build strong customer relationships, listen to needs, educate, demonstrate, recommend solutions, and pursue sales activity that meets or exceeds performance targets. Support nearby store locations with onboarding, create an optimal customer experience from account set‑up to device support, and handle kiosk assets responsibly. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or GED (Required) Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, with preference for retail environment (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Coaching Communication Consultative Selling Customer Communications Customer Education Customer Engagement Customer Needs Identification Customer Referrals Customer Satisfaction Management Customer Service Leadership Product Knowledge Relationship Building Sales Sales Prospecting Sales Techniques Other Requirements Minimum 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: No DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay starts at $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive training pay. After training, promotion to Mobile Expert unlocks an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Eligible workers receive annual stock grants.
