Gagne Heating & Air Conditioning is a CFAD and Daikin Comfort Pro Dealer, and winner of the Carrier President's Award for Excellence (2016, 2019, 2021–2025) and 2023 Carrier Dealer of the Year for North Georgia. We provide residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning installation, service, and repair — and we believe our team's success is the company's success. We're looking for an experienced Comfort Consultant to help homeowners find the right heating and cooling solution for their home — no high-pressure sales, just honest recommendations based on what the customer actually needs. Meet with homeowners to assess their heating and cooling needs, provide clear and honest system recommendations, prepare accurate estimates, and guide customers through the sales process from consultation to installation — building trust and long-term relationships along the way. What we're looking for:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of HVAC sales or comfort consulting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems a plus
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Clean, professional appearance
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check
