HR Business PartnerThe HR Business Partner is the primary HR leader for assigned sites, responsible for delivering both strategic HR partnership and full spectrum HR execution. Operating within a four pillar HR model, the HRBP plays a dual role as both a Strategic Advisor and Operational HR Leader. This role requires a hands-on approach, balancing leadership influence with day-to-day HR ownership to ensure business aligned outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Partnership & Business Leadership Act as a trusted advisor to site leadershipTranslate business strategy into workforce plansUse data to identify trends and drive solutionsImprove manager effectiveness and leadership capabilityEmployee Relations & Workforce Risk Management Lead employee relations investigations and actionsProvide risk-based guidance to leadersEnsure compliance with policies and lawsPartner on complex labor mattersTalent & Workforce Planning (COE's) Partner on hiring and onboardingSupport succession and development planningIdentify skill gaps and solutionsDrive performance management outcomesHR Operations & Administrative Execution Own end to end HR delivery at site levelOversee onboarding, offboarding, and documentationPartner with Shared Services but retain accountabilityEnsure accurate system and compliance executionCulture, Engagement & Change Leadership Champion performance cultureLead engagement initiativesSupport change managementDrive continuous improvementQualificationsEducationMinimum Required:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related fieldPreferred:Professional HR Certification (e.g. SHRM-SCP, SPHR)ExperienceMinimum Required:5+ years' progressive HR experience in manufacturing or multi-site environmentsExperience strategics & operational HRKnowledge of US/Canada employment lawUnion experience preferredPreferred:Experience with various human resource information systems, including UKGJob Specific SkillsMinimum Required:Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred:Adept Interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligenceWorking ConditionsThe following working conditions are present or expected on a daily basis:Travel may be requiredNormal office environment, plant floor presence requiredManual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripheralsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
