Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care for pregnant women and newborns in a 4-bed Labor & Delivery setting.

Conduct detailed assessments and manage the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) process.

Triage patients and serve as the transition nurse for newborns.

Administer and titrate Pitocin drips according to physician orders.

Coordinate with on-call OBs and anesthesia teams for deliveries.

Assist with unit tasks including rare floating to MedSurg as needed.

Qualifications

Current RN license in good standing.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery with LDRP training.

Active certifications: ALS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring.

Ability to interpret electronic fetal monitoring strips with OBIX systems.

Proficient in managing and titrating medications.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills in high-stress environments.
