Operations Scheduler As an Operations Scheduler, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Your role involves ensuring projects remain on a productive path, managing limited resources, and communicating effectively to meet program goals and quality standards. Opportunity Work with the Department of Defense to accomplish project goals within budget while improving the mission of the warfighter. This position offers the chance to influence meaningful missions and develop and maintain program strategy. You Have: Experience with maintaining correspondence, organizational calendars, distribution lists, and project timelines Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaborative virtual meeting technologies, including Microsoft Teams, WebEx, or Zoom Detail‑oriented, flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing client priorities Collaboration across multiple client organizations and teams Authoring briefings and formulating responses to partners and leadership Ability to work with a team and independently Record meeting and workshop minutes timely TS/SCI clearance HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Experience with Department of Defense Managing and prioritizing workload with minimal supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills Associate's degree Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary is determined by various factors and the projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
