As the Regional Fitness Director, you will be responsible for leading our network of coaches to be the best coaches not only in the region, but the country.  You will hire, train, develop, and hold each coach accountable to providing a premier experience in studio each day and delivering results to achieve MORE LIFE! 

We’d love you to have Orangetheory experience, but we’ll take into consideration leadership and management experience somewhere else. Managerial experience, and what goes into day-to-day operations as well as an eye for the future is a plus. Here’s more of what we’re looking for:
