Job Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide vital signs and report any changes to the nurse or healthcare team Assist with medication administration, as directed by the nurse or healthcare team Support patients with mobility and ambulation, as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families About the Role:
As a CNA with Orion Home Health, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Illinois High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients, as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable Additional Information:
