Maintenance Technician

ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE! Knoxville manufacturer expanding! These are Direct Hire opportunities with medical/dental/vision insurance starting on Day 1! Responsibilities

• Ensure that all production equipment is maintained in a state of electrical/mechanical readiness to respond to scheduling requirements.
• Troubleshoot any production equipment and/or facilities electrical malfunctions in an accurate and timely manner, and restore such equipment to a state of readiness as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
• Perform mechanical setups and changeovers as required.
• Install properly sized electrical services for new and relocated manufacturing equipment in a safe and compliant manner.
• High skill in reading and understanding electrical schematics and translating that knowledge to physical circuitry.
• Experience in PLC and PC ladder logic programming.
• Ability to fabricate components for mounting of equipment, tooling, or devices.
