Carrier Sales Representative

The best carrier reps don't just book trucks. They build networks. They know which carrier to call at 4PM on a Friday. They negotiate sharply without burning bridges. They own their lane. Are you one of them?
Direct Traffic Solutions is a Veteran-Owned, fully integrated 3PL founded in 2012 - and one of the fastest-growing in North America. We're looking for a Carrier Sales Rep who brings that same standard.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow a carrier base that performs when it matters most
- Negotiate competitive rates using live market data and carrier history
- Communicate proactively across teams and customers on shipment status and exceptions
- Track active loads and deliver real-time updates with accuracy

Skills: Negotiation, carrier relationships, sales, communication, Microsoft Office, logistics management, attention to detail, military logistics.
