Responsibilities: Accurately administer prescribed medications and initiate intravenous therapies. Conduct thorough health assessments to identify client problems and needs, formulating and implementing individualized nursing care plans. Make daily resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status and to implement any required nursing interventions. Respond to resident and family concerns and ensure that each concern is documented, and a resolution is initiated or communicated to appropriate staff.
