Qualifications

What You'll Do

As an RN at Washington County Jail, you'll provide quality patient care while using your clinical knowledge and critical-thinking skills to:

• Provide hands-on patient care and monitor symptoms, responses, and progress
• Perform assessments and respond to medical needs and emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards
• Accurately document patient care and communicate changes effectively
• Collaborate with onsite providers and the healthcare team on treatment plans
• Practice confidently within Tennessee's scope of practice and SHP guidelines
• Help maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment
