Program Manager, Senior

Your Role The Strategic Planning and Performance team develops long-term strategies, annual plans, and supports tracking and reporting performance for Middle Markets and Small Business lines of business. The Program Manager, Senior – Middle Markets and Small Business will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Planning & Performance. This role requires a strong track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional partners, developing clear and concise executive-facing and/or market-facing reporting, and leveraging foundational analytic skills- with a demonstrated appetite to continue to deepen analytic capabilities – to deliver reporting and insights that support sales performance and growth.
