Compensation

• $90,000+ On Target Earnings (Base + Bonus)

Compensation:

$90,000+ OTE

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by proactively reaching out to potential clients and converting leads into successful deals.
• Utilize provided scripts and training to effectively communicate the value of our real estate services to prospective clients.
• Maintain a high level of energy and persistence, consistently making calls and following up with leads to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and competitive environment.
• Adapt to feedback and coaching, continuously improving your sales techniques and closing skills.
• Track and report on sales activities and results, ensuring transparency and accountability in your performance.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions that align with their real estate goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable making calls and following up consistently.

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

• Coachable and motivated by goals and results.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Real estate or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
