Healthcare Sales Executive – Austin, TX | On-site Clinical Management Consultants is expanding in our brand-new office in the heart of Austin, Texas. We provide executive healthcare recruiting to acute care hospitals nationwide and are seeking motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As a Healthcare Sales Executive in an inside sales, full-desk recruiting role, you will drive business development while sourcing, qualifying, and placing healthcare leadership talent. You will receive comprehensive training, excellent benefits, and a base salary with uncapped commission. Day to day, you will build new hospital client relationships through high-volume outreach, consult with hiring leaders to understand critical needs, craft search strategies and campaigns, source and screen candidates, guide them through interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the placement process end to end while maintaining accurate CRM records and collaborating closely with your team to meet and exceed activity and revenue goals. Success in this role requires a coachable, competitive mindset; outstanding communication and phone presence; resilience and follow-through; strong organization and time management; and comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Prior sales or recruiting experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome. The role is on-site in Austin, Texas.
