Remote - US East Coast, with travel to New York about once a month

Salary: Up to $115K base + up to 75% bonus potential

A fast-growing AdTech platform with an impressive track record. A lean, ambitious team. And a big opportunity to win new customers in the US.

This innovative advertising business has already scaled to multiple millions in revenue, working with some of the world's leading brands, all with a team of around 30.

\n

\n

They're now building their US commercial team and want someone who knows the advertising ecosystem, loves the hunt and knows how to turn new relationships into closed revenue.

\n

\n

Who would thrive here?

\n

We're looking for a hunter who understands the advertising space and has the commercial drive to win business others haven't gone after.

\n

\n
• You have 3–4+ years' experience in new business sales across digital media, advertising or AdTech.
\n
• You have a proven track record of winning new business and new logos and hitting revenue targets.
\n
• You understand the programmatic or digital advertising ecosystem.
\n
• You have experience selling to agencies, brands or advertisers.
\n
• You're confident running commercial conversations and closing deals, not just managing campaigns.
\n
• You're comfortable with Salesforce or a similar CRM, and you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
\n
• Experience in audio, gaming or mobile advertising would be great, but it isn't essential.
\n
